[WriteLog] WriteLog text color

In the [Rttyrite] section of the WriteLog.ini file, add this line:

TransmittedTextColor=0xBE0072 (zero, small x, then the six position hex code
for your color)

Save the file and then reopen the Rttyrite window and you'll have a new
color.
