[WriteLog] WriteLog text color

Scot,

Here is one of those "dumb" questions. The Writelog help files under 
rttyrite section describes the various colors using an eight hex digit 
syntax instead of the six that you specify. Apparently either format 
works?  I have been carefully putting in the extra two zeros.
