[WriteLog] Sending the PREVIOUS serial number?

Phil,

If you log the station, you will still send that same serial number as
long as there is not a callsign in the Entry Window.  This feature was
broke for a long time but I noticed it worked fine in the XE contest.

If you hit your exchange key it will not only send the serial number,
it should also send the callsign of the station just logged.
