[WriteLog] Kam PLUS ?

I'm using 10.3 and couldn't get it to initialize my KAM Plus...  it gives me
a message that says that it's unable to start "Host Mode" .. and to turn the
Kam off and then back on, and try again.. ..  when I do that, still no joy.
I'm running the KAM Plus on Comm 1 at 1200 baud and have made the 1200 baud
change in the .INI file for that port.  Kam works fine with DX4WIN.  I'm
stumped.
