[WriteLog] Date/Time Adjust

Bruce:

Writelog figures out UTC based on your computer's time, there is no setting
in Writelog for setting time (if I'm wrong someone correct me).  In order
for Writelog to have the correct UTC time, you must set your computer to
your local time zone in the Date and Time Properties.
