[WriteLog] DXP38 Firmware Update

Hi Group,

Normally I would not post this here... But...

There has been a firmware release for the DXP38 that fixes an issue
specifically related to WriteLog. The new firmware eliminates a situation
where the modem is 'stuck' in transmit for 20 seconds before switiching to
a forced receive state. Obviously, this is undesirable especially during
the contests.

The latest DOS release (version 2.0) of the software including the firmware
update is at:
