[WriteLog] Lost multiplier in RTTY RU

[Donald Eriksen]

Ron - I forgot, do a Save on the contest or when you exit and start the
WriteLog file again, it will not be there. Tried a few tests before I found
that out.
Sure is a lot to remember!
