[WriteLog] I had a small problem

I'm not sure, but I think it only happens with MMTTY? Thus probably not
RFI. I know W9OL was using MMTTY. I've had the problem on rare occasions -
hangs with a solid tone for a few seconds, but finally goes on with exchange
info. I used WinRTTY/RITTYRITE part of the time for the RR, and I don't
think it happened with that modem.
I just tried to reproduce it into a dummyy load and couldn't.
