[WriteLog] Direct IO works for LPT on Win XP!

Here's the reply I got from Direct IO.  I sent the request this morning and
got a VERY quick response ... on Saturday!  Needless to say, I just ordered
the permanent license of Direct IO for $29.00.  The quick response on the
eval alone was worth that!

I think my mistake was setting the IRQ7.  WL now drives my Top Ten DX
Doubler correctly.  Woo-hoo!

I'll post a full and detailed explanation of the proper config later.  Right
now, I want to do more wiring and try WL in the NAQP.
