[WriteLog] RE:Upgrade procedure

First you may discover as I did that your
registration code for version 10.24 is no longer
valid for any upgrades beyond about 10.28.  I run
version 10.28 and cannot currently install the
upgrade for 10.30. My registration code is for
version 10.24.

I just went to the Writelog website at
http://www/writelog.com and spent another $30 for
an upgrade registration code.

You will need a copy of WinZip or something
similar to unzip the files in the upgrade.  You
can get a free evaluation copy of Winzip at
http://www.winzip.com

I usually unzip the upgrade file to a temp
directory and install it from there.  If you
installed Writelog in the default directory
initally, the upgrade should install to the same
default directory.  If you install it in a
different directory (mine is in a directory called
C:\Writelog) then you will probably have to
specify that directory when the software requests
the direcrtory to install into.
