[WriteLog] KAM Transmit on RTTY Resolved

I agree in what Dez is saying - keep that old KAM, PK232, or any other
TNC that you can use with WriteLog and run it in parallel with either the
MMTTY Plug-in or WriteLog's RTTY Receiver.  Complete details on how to do
