[WriteLog] IARU Log irregularities

I am trying to make sense of my log at the end of the IARU contest. I am
sure tiredness isn't helping and I'm struggling a little.
On a quick post contest examination I can see I have four Qs which obviously
have the wrong zone number. It looks like three stations gave me their CQ
zone instead of ITU zone and one Italian station it seems most likely gave
me his age. It can be very confusing this contesting stuff! Each of these
Q's were flagged as mults by WL so I've corrected the zones to avoid that
and reduce my indicated score appropriately. No big deal.
What is currently foxing me, is that I have another three Q's, all of which
were with HQ stations and which should be flagged as mults but aren't. No,
they weren't dupes either. I'm trying to understand why WL isn't marking
them as mults and how I can correct this so the log is correctly scored.
Is there anyone with similar experience who maybe can shed some light here?
Many thanks.
