[WriteLog] PK232..No Packet on COM7..solved..sort of

Dave,
It is because the PK232 does not want you to use certain pins on the serial
cable. It seems to me those pins are reserved for WeFAX (others can verify
this if they wish).  So if you are using a 'fully' populated serial cable,
it is possible for the cable/TNC/computer combination to fail.

In the AEA manual it does specify to use serial cables with pins 1-8 and 20
only.

Remember too, not all COM ports are fully populated on some computers so it
is possible to use a fully populated cable with those systems.
