[WriteLog] Squashed CW Keyboard with XP?

[VA7LC]

I also have this problem. I have asked WriteLog authors for a fix, but
apparently they are unable to replicate it. Obviously it is affecting some
people who have upgraded to XP. Hope Wayne can look at this problem for us
CW guys!
