[WriteLog] Squashed CW Keyboard with XP?

I duplicated the problem here and it is a function of the font size.  Too
big and the characters don't show up.

Go to Setup, Entry Window Font, and change it to a smaller size.  For me,
Fixed Sys font with size 10 is the largest that works.
