[WriteLog] BARTG time problem with WL with Cabrillo..

It has been reported there is a problem with WL Cabrillo file with times.

We just put this on the web site:

http://www.writelog.com/Downloads/Bartg32.zip

I have no idea if it works. I did ask Eddie G0AZT to check it out since 
he was the first to report it to me. However I haven't heard from him.
Sooooo, here it is to all give this a shot and see if this fixes things.
