[WriteLog] Unsubscribe procedure?

I tried unsubscribing from the list, but the robot keeps sending me a =
"had trouble" message. What is the proper syntax.

I sent my request to writelog-requests@contesting.com and
put the words "unsubscribe k7jj@arrl.net" in the body. What I get back =
is:
This is an automated response.

There were problems with the email commands you sent to Mailman via
the administrative address <writelog-request@contesting.com>.

To obtain instructions on valid Mailman email commands, send email to
<writelog-request@contesting.com> with the word "help" in the subject
line or in the body of the message.
