Further news on the Icom 706 interface:
After changing the menu #34 item to 48H, WL and the radio came together
properly.
Going back to Logger, nothing worked.
Went back into the menu #34 and changed to 4EH which is what the Icom manual
says is the proper address and Logger works with the radio again.
This means I have to go into the menu of the radio everytime I change from
the contesting radio WL, to the logging program, Logger.
Looks like Logger wins the programming on this one, it goes by the Icom
book.
