New features:

Remove extra <CR> character when doing Telnet packet that was causing
some
packet cluster software to be unhappy.

Resize ALT+K CW window properly when Entry Window Font is changed.

Lockout modes work for CW/SSB in addition to RTTY, but with reduced
functionality.

ALT+SHIFT+F9/F10 change speeds on the second radio.

Play sounds in response to keystrokes. Useful for blind operation.

Update to Oct, 2002 WL_CTY.DAT from AD1C
