[WriteLog] CTY File

I am setting up the test log for CQ WW  SSB and have the CTY file that
comes with 10.33.
I lost all my Juno 4 e-mail as I find my new Juno 5 is a different
format.  Juno tech support gives me a different answer about this every
time I ask.  So if need be I will reload juno 4 as oldjuno4 just to read
the e-mails.  However the messages in my writelog folder relating to
updating the cty file are lost until I do this.
So I need to know where the latest file is and when it will be updated so
I can be ready for the contest?

Sorry for the bandwidth but I feel this will be moving to the top of the
priority  list shortly.
