[WriteLog] CTY File

Not sure if this is the VERY latest one, but K1EA's website has ones for 
Writelog and other contest software on his Website at 
 http://www.k1ea.com/cty/index.htm   dates 30 June 2002. I am sure 
someone will correct me if this is not the latest one.
