[WriteLog] what is the rtty duty cycle

Has anyone ever clocked themselves in a rtty contest to see the actual duty
cycle?
Obviously S&P is going to be lower.
But for someone doing heavy cqing and running, what is the best guess of the
duty cycle strain you are putting on the rig and or amplifier?
