[WriteLog] Dupes still report to Cabrillo file

Hello,

Dupes I work that are marked with the red 'D' before
the callsign are still reported in my Cabrillo file,
even if I mark them as 'Unclaimed'. They DON'T report
to the summary sheet generated, but they are in the
Cabrillo and the ARRL dinged me for them last year in
the CW SS.

I was running V10.31 all last year, V10.35F has the
same thing, what am I doing wrong? I have to DELETE
them to make them go away.
