[WriteLog] Dupes still report to Cabrillo file

[WA9ALS - John]

It's supposed to work that way.  The log checkers handle those dupes just
fine.  It always surprises people the first time, but it's OK.  If the dupes
are there and the other guy claims the 2nd QSO that's a dupe for you, the
checkers know that he really worked you.
