[WriteLog] WL and telnet sites

Someone please correct me, but it's possible that DX Telnet:

  http://www.qsl.net/wd4ngb/telnet.htm

may have a keep-alive feature.  There are ways to get DX Telnet spots into
Writelog - left as an exercise for the reader.
