Just as I thought, WL uses the correct abbreviation fo Maryland-DC as MDC as 
the ARRL has for eons.

It is prudent to click the "contest" tool bar and then the "show multipliers" 
bar and leave it up.  I have preached that every year for FD as too many use 
SD for San Diego not SDG and we get South Dakota shown.  Another is OR for 
Orange not ORG and we get Oregon.  If you do not know your multipliers--learn 
them.  ARRL 160 mtr, FD, and most state QSP parties use sections.

Hope that clears up the confusion.
