[WriteLog] Writelog Packet Window popup

No answer, but on a related note, my Packet window always defaults to 
COM4, and I'm a telnet user too. I've gone into writelog.ini to 
delete any reference to COM4 and packet, but it keeps coming back. 
Any way to get it to default to telnet?
