[WriteLog] SCC RTTY Championship - last RTTY contest before CQWW

The SCC RTTY Championship is the last chance to test your 
RTTY setup before the all-important CQWW RTTY contest in late September.
The contest starts at 1200 UTC this Saturday, August 30.

I would encourage everyone looking to participate in CQWW to get
on this weekend and test your RTTY setup in the SCC RTTY Championship.

Even though I won't be able to put in a full effort this weekend, I'm getting
all excited there will be a RTTY contest going on.  The exchange
is pretty cool because it's RST + the four digital year you were first licensed.
For me, that's 1972.  Seems like yesterday - yeah, right...

The 10 minute rule for single ops has been eliminated, so run as you please
around the bands.
