[WriteLog] Off Topic: ARRL

Who is asking? Why are they collecting this information and how are the
results related to WriteLog and Dx4Win, since you cross-posted to (at
least!) these two groups?

Why was it felt that you could best get this information?

My curiosity is really aroused now!
