A couple of caveats...no brainers for experienced programmers.

In the "Option 1" example I provided (webpage draft), I omitted explanation 
of the numbers 10, 20, 30, etc. which would only require ONE .wav 
file.  All the program has to do is recognized when these numbers occur on 
the far right :-)

There may be one or two other "unique" needs, but if we can put a man on 
the moon this can be done.
