[WriteLog] How to update?

Hello everybody,
there have been some questions how to update an existing WL, if an upgrade 
includes everything or just
the new functions. I have not come across any answers, so I'm a bit unsure 
now how to procede.

I use now WL 10.37B. How do I handle the upgrade 10.39C?
