[WriteLog] Creating a "master" log

Friends,
Now that I am beginning to get a little bit of a few for WriteLog, I am 
considering using it as my day to day logger.  Two questions, please.

1. Suggestions for establishing a master log for all contacts all modes.

2. Since the contests use so many different logging requirements, what 
happens when one combines all those contest logs with day to day operating 
log?  The goal is of course to be able to track states-countries-modes.
