[WriteLog] ShowCountry=0 ???

I believe that you have to start a new log for it to take effect.  I think
it should default to ShowCountry=0 when you install Writelog.  I can't
imagine any contester wanting it on.

Where must I put this ShowCountry=0 in the Writelog.ini?
I tried it under [Configuration] and [ENTRY] BUT with no effect.
Country and C are still there as entry fields.
