[WriteLog] Severe:V10 Not Installed

I found the cause of the above error message. I asked about it here on the reflector and it appears that again I have had a problem no one has ever heard of before.

The error appeared when I tried to install the third party plugin to integrate mmtty into writelog. The clue came when it appeared again when I tried to install v10.38upg over the v10.24gFULL. 

Now it's simple. Something was corrupt in the underlying full version and other programs could not find it. This, even though I was running the program and making contacts with it. Maybe this happened in a hard drive defragging or who knows.
