[WriteLog] Cabrillo format for DX

I am trying to help a friend from Bulgaria submit his log to the ARRL contest 
robot.
He does any contest software to create the Cabrillo file  so I am trying to 
help him do it the slow way.
I do not know if there is a difference in the heading info for the DX station 
vs usa. 
Can a DX contester send me the first 15 lines of their Cabrillo file so I can 
compare it with what I see with my writelog generated  Cabrillo file to see 
the differences.
