[WriteLog] Multi-single band change timer

Sorry, guys. I guess I misunderstood the reflector email trail. I saw the note 
from Wayne - "[WriteLog] ARRL DX Multi-Two "Band Change" window support" - 
announcing the patch, but it was specifically targeted towards Multi-2, so I 
didn't install it. But, it sounds like it works for Multi-single, as well. I 
will also study the K9JY notes on this.
