[WriteLog] Dell sound WL compatibility

I have a local built PC with both the audio and modem built into the
motherboard. I have run the compatibility program three times and it
scores well on the test. Having the outboard card does give you more
flexibility but look in the list for test results first.

The audio sound OK but I still prefer an outboard DVK where I can use the
Heil mics. Most sound cards require a broad audio band mic (200 to 8,000
or even 12,000). This causes crud. The Heil HC4 puts your audio in one
place so you get through and the nearby hams stay happy too.
