[WriteLog] Programming QTC Messages

Hi Bruce,

the only thing I remember from last year is that all was working
perfectly after reading the buffer-set-up-examples of Don, AA5AU. You
will find them on AA5AU's web site.

Sorry, I am in the QRL and can not look into WriteLog itself.
