[WriteLog] CQP - lack of Cabrillo format

Since there is still no Cabrillo output for CQP in Writelog, please
generate the ASCII log by clicking on Contest, then Save as ARRL format.

Also please make a summary file!!

If you have the WT4I Cabrillo converter, please use that.

Then send your log (and sum) files to cqp at contesting.com

If you just make a few QSOs and don't think your log is significant, think
again. We need as many logs as possible to do a good job of log checking.
Small logs help a lot.
