[WriteLog] File/Telnet Where

The help file says that you can use Web Based spotting with File/Telnet
command. There is no such command on my Writelog 10.42. I know I have done
this in the past but do not remember how. Where is the file command needed
to do this?

A request here is to add 38400 Baud to the automatic detection in the next
version if possible.
