[WriteLog] IL QSO Party Today

For those of you who have benefited the past
couple of years from my various WriteLog
plugins, I hope you will take the time today
to look for me during the IL QSO Party.  I'll
be operating fixed this year from McHenry county.
It runs from 1-9pm CDT.  (1800z - 0200z)
