[WriteLog] Icom IC-756PROII and auto split

In order to have the computer always keep control of hte split function, try
this
Setup up the item below to you writelog.ini rigs section:

[rigs]
IcomForceSplit=1

Once you do this, if you use the split button, writelog will put it back in
split on the
next rig poll. This is how you can make sure you are always in sync.
Also, check the help files for a full description of all three ( 0,1,2 )
parameters of this item.
