[WriteLog] CW questions

I agree wholeheartedly with Clive.  There have been requests for this
functionality to be added to WL from several serious CW contesters going
back a couple of years now.

I do hope that by now this request has worked its way near to the top of
Wayne's list!

Wayne would it make sense to recite a specification for the functionality we
would like to see?
