[WriteLog] Need cabrillo help

Before NAQP I couldn't get the NAQP module in v10.44B to display an
data input window; so I retrieved an old NAQP file, deleted the data,
and saved the blank one with a new name.  

During NAQP it logged OK but didn't display the multipliers.

Now v10.44B ghosts out all cabrillo options.

Any ideas???
