[WriteLog] Writelog & NAQP cw

I am using WL V10.46G .

My NAQP CW log looks normal and had no problem transferring NAQP CW log to
my main log program (WIN-EQF).

However, I am not able to submit my log NCJ. Cabrillo format is all 
screwed up.

This is how  my first line looks like. I have no idea why my name is there.

  QSO: 14028  CW  2004-0807  1805 KE1F        LOU MECSERI  FL  N9CK      
STEVE    WI

Can anybody help me ?
