[WriteLog] Comm Port Problem update

This was true with ISA but is not the case with PCI cards...

I have 4 COM ports (in addition to the usual COM1 and COM2) sharing IRQ 18.
All are working tickety-boo.

I don't what the problem is Alan... But it might not be the COM port... It
seems surprising that more than one piece of hardware is at fault. Have you
carefully considered all other possibilities? Perhaps a bad cable... Using a
crossover cable by mistake for example, can be hard to catch since they all
look the same... ( I've done that ;-)

You can download a program called commander from http://www.qsl.net/dxlab/
which is VERY helpful debugging radio communication problems.
