[WriteLog] Need Clarification

I am a complete newbie at contesting. I'm trying to set up the writelog program for the ARRL 10 meter contest in Dec. I used the module that came with the writelog program but the QSO entry section has me confused. It shows  SEQ-CALL-RCV-QTH-COUNTRY-C. Where do I plug in the sequence number the DX station sends to me? Also what is the "C" entry for and why is there a space for QTH? Hope you can help. Thanks in advance
