wrong.  I will fix it now.

     * R1ANN is in CQ Zone 39
     * VK0DX is in CQ Zone 39
     * Fixed problem with VL9L and VM9L prefixes for Lord Howe, VK9L
     * Added XW8KPL/RU3DX to callsign list for Laos, XW
