[WriteLog] Writelog CW Receiver window

When using Rttyrite to x CW the Writelog CW Receiver window always stays on
top of any other window I might open.  For example if I open an e-mail
client window while WL is running, the WL CW Rx window obscures part of the
e-mail window.  Is there a way to make it do the same as the othe Writelog
windows -  that is not always be on top of every thing else?
