[WriteLog] Using both 500 and 250Hz MkV filters in RTTY mode

In RTTY mode I want to be able to select the 500Hz filter(s) by pressing 
Nar1 and the 250 Hx filter(s) by pressing Nar2.

In discussions on this reflector, the 1000MP reflector and privately 
I've had people tell me it can be done easily, I've had others tell me 
it can't be done and I've had others tell me it can be done but it is 
cumbersome.

It seems the "can be done but it's cumbersome" group have it right.  You 
can tell the MkV to have Nar2 select either the 500 or the 250 by means 
of a menu entry.  If your'e using the 500 filter and suddenly need the 
250 you have to go to menu 5-4 and make the appropriate change.  When 
you want the 500 again it's back to 5-4 and change it again.  Messing 
with menus is not what I want to do in the heat of battle.

This requirement to change the 5-4 menu setting was explained to me by 
several respondents.  I didn't want to believe them because others said 
you could do it.  Besides, there are so many errors in the manual I 
don't completely trust it.  Nonetheless, they are right.

I have found a way of selecting either the 500 or 250 filter in RTTY 
mode by the simple expedient of sending the appropriate CAT command to 
the rig.  This can easily be done by K6SE's MPFilters program.  In both 
cases, the Nar2 button is lit.  However, bandwidth measurements reveal 
that one can indeed select the 500 or the 250 filter.
